Born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1926, Dugald Blue earned MA and MEd degrees from the University of St. Andrews.
Coming to teach at the University of New Brunswick in 1955, his special interests related to the education of
exceptional children, reading and testing. He was the father of two sons: Robert and Malcolm. He died in 1980.
